We are Europe's largest platform for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and Electronic Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs). We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our international team based in a beautiful office in the historic center of Rotterdam.

Our SaaS solutions connect continuously with hundreds of thousands of Charge Points and service nearly a million EV Drivers. We are running high traffic, high load environments in a rapidly changing market requiring constant and rapid innovation.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam.

Your role

You help us turn data into insights by guiding business users to ask the right questions, find the right data, and visualize it. Your expertise will enable users to identify key data points, ask insightful questions, and make strategic decisions. Business problems that need your help are capacity modelling, fraud detection and financial planning and reporting

Your skill in data visualization will be essential in presenting information clearly and highlighting trends and patterns. Effective visualizations will make complex data accessible and noticeable. Through your guidance, we aim to empower users to leverage data and achieve their business goals.

Your main responsibilities are

• Collaborate on designing, implementing, and maintaining data analysis processes
• Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights
• Play an important role in improving the performance, security, and scalability of our data analysis systems
• Maintain and improve our current data infrastructure and drive the transition to a state-of-the-art data analysis platform
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to cater to our ever-growing demand

You recognize yourself in:

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating insightful dashboards and reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with expertise in major data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics concepts, including statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization
• Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices
• Experience with cloud data services (e.g., AWS) as well as running data analysis systems in private cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a highly complex or matrix organization
• Proven experience being part of multiple parallel projects and programs
• Enjoy working in a hybrid situation, with 2+ days at the office
