To further grow and strengthen our employer brand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Working Student - Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam for 2-3 days a week.

Your role as Employer Branding Specialist

At Last Mile Solutions, your work contributes directly to simplifying the energy transition. As part of our Marketing Team and working closely with our HR team you will help position us as a great place to work for talented people across Europe.

Your mission: strengthen our visibility and engagement with potential candidates by creating impactful content, enhancing our career page, and supporting recruitment campaigns.

You collaborate with colleagues across departments to plan and deliver consistent, engaging messaging – and bring our employer brand to life.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employer branding content calendar.
  

• Create compelling content for campaigns, our website, career page and social channels in line with our tone of voice and brand identity.
  

• Coordinate the entire production process: from drafting scripts and preparing colleagues featured in campaigns, to the final execution of the campaign.

• Co-manage our social media channels and ensure consistent online presence.

• Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  

• Champion a strong, consistent employer brand – both internally and externally.

You recognize yourself in

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing or a related field – preferably in the Rotterdam area.

• Available for 2 or 3 days a week – flexible on which days.

• Some experience in content creation and marketing.

• Able to create engaging social content – from visuals to short videos – using modern design tools.

• Fluent in English – additional languages (e.g. Dutch, French) are a plus.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 

• Detail-oriented.
