Your Role:

We believe that robust infrastructure is the backbone of innovation. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of infrastructure and cloud services that support our platform’s growth and reliability.

You'll work with our Foundation Infrastructure Team and AWS Migration & Enhancement Team to ensure our infrastructure products are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You'll closely collaborate with the Technical Manager of Infrastructure and IT Operations to create a technical foundation that enables the development organization to do their best work.

We are currently wrapping up the migration of our platform to AWS infrastructure, but there will be much-needed follow-up development and optimization for you to streamline.

Your Core Responsibilities:

1) Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy:

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for infrastructure services.
• Align infrastructure initiatives with business and IT objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using AWS and industry best practices.

2) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with the Technical Manager to ensure technical feasibility and operational excellence.
• Act as the bridge between product, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure solutions.

3) Project & Delivery Oversight:

• Lead the execution of infrastructure initiatives, including foundational systems and AWS migration.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

4) Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Promote automation, monitoring, and cloud-native technologies.
• Use data and user feedback to drive infrastructure improvements.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You Recognize Yourself In:

• Experience in technical product management and/or infrastructure leadership roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS). AWS experience is a hard requirement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. AWS certifications are a plus.
