For the region Central East Europe, we are looking for a Delivery Manager, based in our HQ in Rotterdam. This role is suitable for a junior, starting his or her career, who is tech-savvy, quick to learn new software, and passionate about problem-solving. You have a customer-focused mindset and work well with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
Your role
In the junior role of Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding new providers and delivering our products and services.
You’ll support Regional Solution Engineers with pre-sales technical tasks, assist with service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Your focus will be on ensuring high-quality service and seamless coordination throughout the process.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Onboarding & Delivery: Manage the successful onboarding of new providers to the EVC-net platform. Ensure the timely and quality delivery of LMS products and services (such as Apps, Imports, Simple Migrations, etc.) to existing providers.
- Support Regional Solution Engineers: Assist Regional Solution Engineers with their day-to-day tasks and projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
- Bug Detection & Reporting: Monitor the platform for any potential bugs or issues. Identify, report, and work with the Product Management Team to resolve these issues.
- Second-Line Support: Provide second-line support to the Customer Care team, handling escalated customer issues and ensuring that they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Roaming and Product Management, to ensure smooth execution of projects and to provide ongoing support across departments.
- Technology & Learning: Embrace your affinity for technology by quickly learning new software and tools. Stay informed on the latest updates to the platform and any new features or integrations that can enhance service delivery.
You recognize yourself in:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position.
- You speak Polish (native/ professionally) plus English.
(Czech/ Slovak or Hungarian preferred but not mandatory). - Strong solution-oriented, analytical and hands-on mentality.
- Natural affinity for technology with the ability to quicky learn and adapt to new tools, platforms and systems is preferred.
- Customer Service minded.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in e-mobility is preferred but not mandatory.
