Revenue Operations - AI Analyst
In this position you’ll be at the forefront of integrating AI into our commercial engine, identify opportunities to streamline and scale our GTM processes and co-design how our GTM machine operates.

Your role
As our Revenue Operations - AI Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of integrating AI into our commercial engine. You’ll identify opportunities to streamline and scale our go-to-market (GTM) processes - using both off-the-shelf tools and custom workflows and automations (e.g. lead scoring, outreach personalization, meeting insights, upsell signals).
You’ll think across the full funnel – from lead generation to post-sale success – and play a key role in designing and optimizing how our GTM machine operates.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to understand workflows and identify areas for automation and smarter tooling.
- Act as an internal consultant for AI enablement in the commercial team —identifying use cases, propose new solution with clear ROI analysis, and managing rollouts.
- Implement, own, and evolve AI-enabled workflows and tools.
- Support RevOps initiatives including process documentation, lead qualification criteria, funnel analysis, and segmentation.
You recognize yourself in
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue/Sales/CS Operations, or Growth/Marketing Ops.
- Demonstrated ability to understand commercial workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Strong interest in GTM tools, and/or automation platforms (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Make, GPT-based tools).
- Solid understanding of AI-powered tools and technologies, a strong awareness of the current AI landscape and commitment to staying informed about new developments and continuous curiosity on how they can be leveraged is a big plus.
- Strong communicator across technical and commercial teams.
- Highly structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bonus: Experience working with APIs, web scraping, automation builders, or scripting (not required, but eagerness to learn is key).
