Our core values:

Owning our impact
Your role
As a Tech Lead you operate beyond senior level, you will drive the technical direction of our CPO team. You guide architecture and implementation while remaining hands-on. You play an important role in raising the bar for engineering quality and helping your team deliver scalable, reliable software, without formal people management responsibilities.
In a compact, fast-growing team, we develop software for the next generation of E-mobility solutions. That means not just building applications, but contributing to a growing platform and team, with all the associated challenges.
Your impact is primarily within your team, with opportunities to contribute to broader technical or people leading direction as you grow.
Your main responsibilities
Take ownership of the full lifecycle of your team’s products:
- Understanding the underlying problem
- Designing pragmatic and scalable solutions
- Implementing, testing, and releasing features.Drive technical direction within the team, making architecture and design decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability of our financial SaaS platform.
Leading through technical excellence and example rather than formal authority.
Drive adoption of AI tooling and practices within the team, ensuring effectiveness and responsible use.
Stay hands-on in development, contributing significantly to the codebase.
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and a strong focus on testing (including edge cases and usability).
Monitor and operate systems in production, using observability tools to identify issues so we can continuously improve reliability.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering to adopt and improve shared systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience.
Mentor engineers within your team, helping them grow in technical skills, ownership, and engineering mindset.
Contribute to improving engineering standards, ways of working, and technical decision-making within the team.
Translate product goals into clear technical approaches and execution plans.
You recognize yourself in
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent through experience).
At least 8 years of work experience in the position of Backend Software Engineer in an agile organization, preferably product-led.
You think in distributed systems. You've designed or maintained asynchronous, event-driven architectures and know how to handle high-throughput, high-load scenarios with confidence. Working with cloud infrastructure (particularly AWS services like SQS) feels natural to you, and you understand the trade-offs between different messaging and queuing patterns.
You're experienced in using Go and you know your way around both relational databases and NoSQL stores like Redis.
Containers are part of your daily workflow. Experience with Docker is a must. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and broader DevOps practices are a genuine plus.
You are not daunted by breaking down monoliths and legacy code into macro-services, refactoring existing code and improving quality.
You are keen to iterate on code, develop and improve long-lived products as well as resolving performance gaps. You enjoy working in a young, fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
You are proactive and a quick learner and want to continuously improve yourself.
You have an excellent command of the English language and you recognize yourself in our core values.
